Board Biography- Stephanie Laseter
Stephanie Laseter
Employed as a Hydrologist for the US Forest Service at the Coweeta Hydrological Laboratory in Otto, NC. Earned a BS
degree in Biology from Auburn University (War Eagle!) and a MS degree in Forest Resources from the
University of Georiga.
I grew up in Otto and attended Franklin High from 1992-1995. After college, I had the opportunity to move back 'home'
and I jumped at the chance. My husband, Ben, and I live in the Cowee area with out daughter, Laurel, and 2 dogs
Maggie and Sally.
We get outside every chance we can and are ever thankful to be able to call Macon County our home.
Working for healthy water in the Little Tennessee River basin
